Please login in your BlackBerry account and make sure that the email account doesn’t exist.
I recently replaced my bb bold and been trying to install my bb email but I cant remember my password. How can I reset it or get my password back?

just got the curve 8310 and when i try to set it up on the BIS when i enter the pin and imei it says that i cant set it up on the computer but to set it up on the phone…. what do i need to do?
You will need to set it up via the icon on your BlackBerry titled “Manage Internet Email” that will allow you to do this.
i dont have an icon named that….
Then you will need to do this via the computer via the your carriers site. If you still have problem let us know and a technician can try and resolve this for you.
I have 2 gmail accounts set up on a blackberry but cannot get my work email set up. Any suggestions? AT&T reps tried at store and did not succeed.
